Dr. Fiyinfolu Balogun is a medical oncologist specializing in gastrointestinal tumors including pancreatic, hepatic and biliary cancers. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland Baltimore County then completed his MD/PhD at the University of Chicago with a dissertation on DNA repair. At New York University, he trained in Internal Medicine then completed his Hematology/Oncology Fellowship. He subsequently joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. His research spans topics including BRCA-associated tumors and hepatopancreatobiliary cancers. His interests include soccer, cooking, music and adventures with his two sons.

Dr. Onyinye Balogun is a radiation oncologist specializing in breast and gynecologic cancers. She is a graduate of Harvard University and Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Balogun initiated her residency training at the University of Chicago and completed her final year at New York University.  She subsequently joined the faculty of Weill Cornell Medicine and sees patients at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

She is primarily engaged in breast and gynecologic cancer research with a focus on local and global cancer disparities. Her global health activities  focus on improving the delivery of radiation therapy in low and middle income countries.

In her free time, she is an avid reader, lover of music & dance, writer, and mother of two boys.
