James Casey, an accomplished young musician, spoke with us during March, Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. We discussed his diagnosis in August 2021 and the need to be your own advocate when navigating the healthcare system. He also shared with us his first-ever non-holiday solo album, The Kaua’i Project and the album’s lead single, “New Bloom”, which sends a message of hope for those surviving colon cancer.
